[edit] Summary

The famous Mysore Palace was built by the Mysore Maharaja. This palace has an amazing architecture. A masterpiece in Indo-Saracenic architecture, on par with great Mughal residences of the North and the stately colonial public buildings of the South. A dramatic three storied stone building of fine gray granite with deep pink marble domes dominated by a five-storied 145 ft tower with a gilded dome mounted by a single golden flag.Mysore is supposed to be one of the best cities to live in.Bangalore has gotten crazy these days.It has lost the essence of kannada.
