Myrtos is a coastal village in the west of the municipality of Ierapetra in the prefecture of Lasithi on the island of Crete in Greece. It is located 14.5 km from Ierapetra and 50.5 km from Agios Nikolaos, on the road to Viannos.

Myrtos has a long history since 3000 BC. Fournou Korifi and Pyrgos are of the oldest towns of the Minoan civilization.
