Myrtle Beach Mall (formerly Colonial Mall Myrtle Beach and Briarcliffe Mall) is an enclosed shopping mall (525,385 sq ft (48,810 m²). GLA) located just south of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina at the intersection of highways 22 and 17. The mall is owned by Jones Lang LaSalle, who acquired it from Colonial Properties Trust in July 2007.
