Myron L. Coulter

Myron L. "Barney" Coulter, Ed.D. served as President of Idaho State University from 1976 to 1984. Coulter previously served as a vice president of Western Michigan University.
Coulter's tenure as university president was marred by financial woes. Faculty and staff positions were eliminated and mid-year budget cuts became common. Coulter resigned in 1984.
