Myotherapy

Myotherapy is a chiropractic method intended to provide an integrated approach to alleviating musculoskeletal pain. It involves the treatment of nerves, joints and muscles, acting on all 3 during a treatment. It was first practiced in 1976 by Bonnie Pruden.[1]

Techniques used include: TENS therapy, Dry needling, Stretching, Corrective exercises, Mobilisation, Cupping, Massage
