[edit] Ralph Nader

Hi Myko2, completely agree with your comment on edit history re: Ralph Nader article and Atlantic Mouthy, I mean Monthly... Check the Talk page, long-standing problem. Certain Users may in fact be one User who cannot seem to accept democracy, that he was outvoted from including it in the lead, if in the article at all. It can only be viewed as totally false or, at best, such a slanted POV that it doesn't belong in the bio, or anywhere in the article, for that matter. Just wanted you to know, there are other editors with you on this. Telogen 10:04, 20 March 2007 (UTC)

Thank you Telogen. I think its very wrong to blame Nader. The reasons for this are even listed below on the page! Why the heck should the Monthlys POV be in the intro when its rebutted later in the page and when there isnt even a chance for rebuttal in the intro when everyone knows very well that it might be the ONLY thing that people read about Nader? Why must this be the first thing people read about him?

There were MILLIONS of democrats who voted for Bush, there were MANY OTHER third parties that received votes greater than Bush's alleged "margin" of victory over Bush, Gore lost states he shouldnt have, he lost votes FROM GREENS, democrat senators DIDNT push for an investigation (NOT ONE), and Gore..ACTUALLY won. 9:40 20 March 2007

Hi Myko2, I completely agree! See posts about AM's bias, with documented evidence, plus my statements about Nader doc and other supporting WP editors, on the Nader Talk page. Please, I encourage you to bring your passion to discussion. Bottom line, is the whole thing reflects POV and doesn't belong, especially not in a lead or bio for an encyclopedia article. If certain other editors INSIST on including this POV, then I argue that they must consent to rebuttal POV. Period. And I still contend, in either case, it certainly doesn't belong where it's placed. Thank you for caring! Please add your comments to the Nader Talk page! Telogen 07:21, 21 March 2007 (UTC)
