Myi Watson

Myi Watson (born September 7, 1988) is an entertainment presenter, Beauty Pageant Contestant and Miss Black Southeast Texas USA. She was the youngest contestant in the Miss Black Texas Scholarship Pageant[1] in 2007.

Myi hails from Channelview, Texas. Her first pageant was in february 2007 when she competed in the Miss Houston Scholarship Pageant where she learned from more experienced contestants. Five months later she came back with a vengeance managing to take the Leadership Award at the Miss Black Texas Scholarship Pageant.

Myi attended Channelview High School graduating from high school in 2006. She studied both vocal music and theatre, dance as well as forensics in her time at CHS.

Myi began studying dance at University of Houston, while there she received numerous awards in forensic events.[2][3] She was recently inducted into Pi Kappa Delta, the National Honor Society for forensics.

[edit] Notable Achievements

Her freshman year at the University of Houston she was one of the three freshman inducted to the National Forensics Honor society Pi Kappa Delta for outstanding competitive work the 06-07 season. During this season, she managed to accumulate 18 awards at various tournaments all over the country.
