First, I know nothing of Korean history - BUT this aritlce would appear to refer to events during the Seven-Year War so the admiral referenced would appear to be Yi Sun-sin which would make Myeongjong of Joseon an alternate name/tile for King Seonjo? This all needs taking in hand by someone with a proper knowledge of Korean history - and the transliteration of Korean names into the Roman alphabet.

Unfortunately the current level of description in this article would appear to be a Korean equivalent to the British history of 1066 and All That.
