[edit] POV is not neutral

Lavasoft Adaware software does not consider the software to be Spyware (I rescently downloaded and checked it). Many of the references are editorials and do not support a Spyware conclusion. The manufacturer certainly doesn't think it is spyware. BTW - The toolbar is indeed called the MyWay Speedbar (on their website). Alan Rockefeller appears to be propagating this biased viewpoint.

The intensive research done on the MyWay pages clearly show that it is spyware. All of your account's edits create the illusion that MyWay being spyware is a debated topic (see Intelligent Design for more on this strategy). Clearly Steve, you're wrong. Your research is flawed and inaccurate. What's the deal, are you on some sort of smear campaign?
