"My Sweet Darlin'"' was the second Japanese single release from Hitomi Yaida from the album daiya-monde.
Yaida re-wrote "Nothing Compares 2 U" (originally written by Prince) to include Japanese lyrics for the B-Side.
The title track was also re-mixed by Italian dance group Wildside with alternate English lyrics and included on the Toshiba-EMI album Dancemania HAPPY PARADISE 2 released in October 2001. This version also appears in the game DDRMAX: Dance Dance Revolution 6thMIX.
