"My Skin" is a Natalie Merchant song from her second solo album Ophelia. The song's theme appears to be the story of a woman whose husband has fallen out of love with her, the different emotions she feels and her final resolution to leave him. The song has been featured several times on Channel 4's Hollyoaks. It has been used in the Hannah Ashworth anorexia storyline as well as the Father Kieron Hobbs sexuality issues storyline. It was used in the first season of the hit television series Alias.
