Kim confronts J.D. about their child and Elliot continues to plan her wedding to Keith. J.D. learns about fatherhood from Turk and Dr. Cox. When J.D. lets Kim sleep at his place he is about to make Kim sleep on the couch, but his conscience, which happens to be a fat rabbit in a track suit, can't let him do this, and he lets her sleep on the bed. He further explains why his conscience is a rabbit in a track suit, he says that he would listen to his conscience more if it was something he was afraid of so the track suit because he had a mean Physical Ed. teacher in high school and the rabbit because his uncle once ate rabbit and got belly worms. Elliot has her bachorlorette party with Keith carrying her off after the party. J.D realizes that life would be much easier for his son if him and Kim were together.

  • J.D. mentions a bet he lost to Turk about naming his kids "Gilligan" and "the Skipper". This was previously mentioned in "Her Story II".
