'My Flame Burns Blue' consists of recordings from the North Sea Jazz Festival in July of 2004. It is made up of various songs from throughout Elvis Costello's career. He plays alongside Steve Nieve and The Metropole Orkest, with Vince Mendoza as the conductor.
