"My Cup Runneth Over" is a quote from the King James Version of the Bible (Psalms 23:5) and the title of a popular song written by Harvey Schmidt, lyrics by Tom Jones which was published in 1966.

The song was introduced in the 1966 Broadway musical, I Do! I Do!

The actual phrase means "I have more than enough for my needs."
