My Best Defense is the third EP released by the Denver, Colorado based trio Single File. It features the fan favorites "The Grocery Store Song" and "Velcro." Many fans bought this album assuming radio hit "Zombies Ate My Neighbors" was on the album, but that song didn't see a physical release until late 2007 on No More Sadface." [1]
