Which edit are you referring to? Because I've reverted a few edits there. Since you mentioned the 'your mom' one, I think it's this one. Though I didn't warn that person. The only other one involving removal of content which I warned for is this one.

If it's the former one, I kind of guessed that it was an attempt to remove vandalism which accidentally removed the header as well. If it's the latter one, it might have been a transcluded template – there were a series of cases involving attacks of templates on the main page a while ago, and I've had my own experience with one, so I wouldn't be surprised.
