[edit] Not speedy

In my view, this article does assert the importance or significance of the subject, and consequently does not warrant speedy deletion. I think that being one of Zambia's leading ethnomusicologists makes him notable. Still, the article is a stub, and I would like to see it expanded, ideally with a list of his publications.
