MV Empire MacCabe

MV Empire MacCabe was a British Petroleum oil tanker converted to a merchant aircraft carrier or MAC ship.

Entered service as MAC ship December 1943, owned by the Ministry of War Transport and operated by the British Tanker Co.[1]

Displacement 9,249 tons. Converted by Swan Hunter.
