無罪モラトリアム (Muzai Moratorium Innocence Moratorium?) is the first album of Shiina Ringo, released on February 24, 1999 by Toshiba EMI.

There are already the music that she mixed the music of various genres whether in the East or in the West, the title which matched Kanji with English and the unique lyrics which she uses Historical kana usage for in this album.
