There's just one sentence that needs translation in that map (in fact many geographical names are in French): the sentence "Off-map sites in Labrador". I really don't know right now how to translate it to French but the map was created in a very simple format (GIF, edited with MS-Paint) and you should have really no problem editing it yourself. All the rest can perfectly stay as it is with the Basque and French language toponyms as they are.

A slightly more elaborated alternative, I was thinking of right now could be to make it 100% language-less by moving the off-map sites' box to the top right corner (the image would need to be slightly expanded) and just placing an arrow pointing north instead of a legend (as actually was the case with the original map).

Guess I could do that myself. Just tell me which solution you prefer.
