The Soopa Heroes logo (SH) was stamped on the back cover symbolizing Twiztid to be a part of the Soopa Heroez. Along with the CD came a DVD which features the music video for the single off Man's Myth "Story of Our Lives"as well as the making of the video and the 6th episode of The Purple Show.
