Mutabbel is a Syrian, Lebanese and Palestinian dish made from eggplant mixed with salt, pepper, olive oil, tahini and anar seeds. Moutabel is sometimes said to be a spicier version of baba ghannouj. The added ingredient in Mutabbel is Tahini.
