[edit] Reversing thermometer

Is it possible that this article could be merged in with Mercury-in-glass thermometer? I put maximum thermometer in there rather than creating a seperate article for it and I think this article could be done the same. Just a suggestion and if you don't like it then ignore it. Cheers. While it IS a mercury-in-glass thermometer, to my knowledge it is primarily used in oceanography. Given this, I see two possibilities: leave it as its own article or merge it with mercury-in-glass thermometer under a new heading there. I'm still getting used to using wikipedia so my concern is that if others search for "reversing thermometer" and it is listed under mercury-in-glass, will they automatically get transferred there? If they will, feel free to merge.(Mustard 11:44, 15 September 2005 (UTC))

[edit] Big Five banks reordering

Hey, I put in a note clarifying the list as "largest to smallest". I don't have a source of the ranking; the ranking is listed on each of the banks' wiki page. I pretty much assumed they were correct. Cheers. --Greenmind 03:26, 12 April 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Orphaned non-free media (Image:Flying fish sign.JPG)

Thanks for uploading Image:Flying fish sign.JPG. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 22:46, 8 January 2008 (UTC)
