[edit] Small Question

Are you adding the template to musical films? Also, on a more smaller note, should this page be part of the WikiProject_Musicals namespace or is it ok if it lives in the main space? omtay38 13:16, 29 June 2006 (UTC)

Scratch that, it is in the right place, my bad. omtay38 13:40, 29 June 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Category to Tony Awards

While caught up in edit fervour I accidentally added the Musicals category tag to all the musical-related Tony Award categories. :-( -- Malfourmed (user talk) 17:28, 2 July 2006 (UTC)

Fixed. Please be more careful in the future. —  MusicMaker 18:19, 2 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Further Preliminary Article Work

  • Place {{Musicals-project}} on talk pages of the musicals and other appropriate articles (composers, actors, playwrights, lyricists) in the categories below
  • Place any missing musicals on List of musicals add the [[Category:Musicals]] link at the bottom of each musical page page.
Notes: Do not remove any other musical related categories, simply add this one. Also, the Musical Category should not be added to anything but the article for a musical. Please try to go through your selected letters on each of the pages listed below to be as thorough as possible. Also, feel free to browse through Wikipedia in search of other musicals that begin with your assigned letter that are not on any of the pages mentioned. It is recommended that, for peace of mind, everyone keep the same letters as above.

[edit] Assessments

It is difficult to add assessements to musicals pages. Can we make the musicals project tag include the assessments, like the one at WP:G&S? That way, you can assess a musical right on its talk page after you upgrade it. I don't know how to do this, but I bet you technical whizzes can do it in 2 minutes. Then it would be much easer for people to add assessments. Also, can we update the stuff above here, or archive it if it is no longer relevant? -- Ssilvers 18:29, 18 June 2007 (UTC)

A good idea, I agree. I'm not sure how to do it, tho. —  MusicMaker 19:59, 18 June 2007 (UTC)
I shall go running, blindly, into this task. :-D --omtay38 20:18, 18 June 2007 (UTC) (Would love sombody who knows what they're doing though)
I actually think i did it. I am amazed an baffeled, but I think i've gotten it to work. We'll need to take a look at the Article structure page but I think i've gotten this thing to work. whoopie! --omtay38 21:19, 18 June 2007 (UTC)

I have a couple of questions (and, of course, therefore more work for you, Om....). Will this affect the Article Assessment page? I mean, will putting that notice on the article's talkpage automatically update the assessment on the AA page? I see that it puts them into categories, but what about that page? If not, can it? And, I've noticed those banners with to-dos in them. Can we do that? (BTW -- obviously, you have been named unofficial code god....) —  MusicMaker 22:01, 18 June 2007 (UTC)

Well i'm glad i'm the unofficial code god cuz I have no idea what the hell i'm doin. As for incorporation into the article assessment page, i'm not quite sure if I can display the musicals, say, alphabeticly but with their article class next to them. I'm pretty sure I could display them all on that page sorted by class, but that dosen't do much. Lemme talk a look into the to-dos and the structure of the article assessment page. Cheers! --omtay38 22:19, 18 June 2007 (UTC)
