[edit] possible copyvio

I removed the section "Local news" as it was basically just a copy of a news story from a newsletter and a possible copyvio. I will try to take the important info from that article and from one I read from the AP wire and create a new section to replace the one I removed when I get the time. --Cab88 14:34, 25 December 2006 (UTC)
