[edit] Speedy Deletion

I do not think this page should be deleted because I do not see how this article meets the criteria for speedy deletion. Mussarat Abbas is a notable name in Pakistan and India and among South Asians in general due to his performances in Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Challege 2007. He has also gotten many offers from Bollywood movies to sing in them as shown in the sources. And he will be releasing his album soon which is also in the source.

Also, this fits into the WikiProject Idol series. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:WikiProject_Idol_series#Biographies_of_contestants Since Mussarat is a finalist on the show Sa Re Ga Ma Pa, he qualifies for a page. And you can also see that Sa Re Ga Ma Pa is an open task. Showman16

Yes, I completely agree with you. He and nor any of the other contestants should have their pages deleted since they compeltely satisfy Wikipedi'a policies and guidelines. SRGMP is the most watched singing competition show in India and people such as Mussarat are in fact very notable. - Bhavesh.Chauhan (talk contribs count) 02:00, 18 September 2007 (UTC)
