Michael Jackson's "Billie Jean" was the first video on MTV by a black artist. Let's say "Pass the Dutchie" was one of the first videos...KXL 13:14, 16 March 2007 (UTC)

Actually, Musical Youth predated Michael Jackson's "Billie Jean" by several months. "Pass The Dutchie" was released in late 1982, and "Billie Jean" came out in 1983.Peach81 01:38, 14 May 2007 (UTC)

The last sentence of the first paragraph makes no sense. I did not edit it because I am not certain what the author is attempting to say. Is s/he saying that the group Musical Youth themselves thought they were the equivalent of the Jacksons? This sentence needs a rewrite. Websterwebfoot (talk) 02:07, 26 March 2008 (UTC)
