Talk:Musica obscura

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Musica Obscura page which I created should not be deleted as "blatant advertising".

Musica Obscura has been in business for over 30 years, and is an institution among classical pianists, as a publisher who provides out-of-print and very obscure classical piano scores. It has served as a source of otherwise unavailable material for 3 decades. I have no professional affiliation with Musica Obscura, except that I am a pianist and feel that it deserves a wiki-page. I have never met it's founder and president, Mr. John Dowd, but i know that he does not advertise on the web. If you do a google search, you will see that (I would defy you to find any information and background about his comany). But his editions are legendary to the classical piano community. My only interest in creating this page is to give some background to my fellow pianists about this historic company.
