You guys think it'll be alright if I link http://nandaba.net/flcl/ here as well? The site contains information about the music and of course, the music corollates with FLCL. Just a thought. BeanSoldier

- I don't think that's a good idea. The site you're referring to doesn't have any more music information than the article does, and the other users at Talk:FLCL have decided that linking there isn't appropriate for an encyclopedic article. Having a fan site is cool, but I think other users agree that wikipedia articles shouldn't be allowed to turn into lists for fan sites. The gallery of screenshots from FLCL that is connected to that website is nice though. Maybe when it's complete you can put a link to it in the FLCL article, its always good to see images of a topic. Also, maybe you don't know, but you can use four tildes (~~~~) to sign your name. When you just write in a name like you have here ([[User:BeanSoldier|BeanSoldier]]) it makes you look like you're stealing someone else's identity, especially since you're using an anonymous IP to make you're edits (67.187.26.108). --Tarnas 18:53, 22 Jun 2005 (UTC)

- Ooh, thanks. I appreciate your commentary. I will do, I didn't know how to do it. I looked at the edit of other people's thing and it does that little [[User:BeanSoldier|BeanSoldier]] like that. So, I just did that. I also forgot to log in that time I think. Thanks for the tip man, I really do appreciate it! BeanSoldier 05:18, 23 Jun 2005 (UTC)
[edit] Title casing
I just changed the casing of the titles back to what they should be. See the official link for more info. ~ Dread Lord CyberSkull ✎☠ 10:34, 2005 Jun 23 (UTC)
[edit] Cover Image
We should change album cover to http://img179.imageshack.us/img179/2286/case02of7.jpg. See http://www.geneonanimemusic.com/products/FLCL.htm for more info.
Note, this cover from US release.
[edit] Kabalevsky's work
I know the song "Clown Gallop" was composed by Kabalevsky, but does the "uncredited" bit near the bottom mean we don't know who performed/recorded that track? I'm going to get on this myself, but any help anybody could offer would be great.

- What I meant when I added it is that Kabalevsky was not mentioned in the writing credits in the booklet that came with the CD. (Or at least the American release) In fact, I didn't see any mention of Kabalevsky in the booklet outside of the difficult to comprehend title listing of the track. (When I imported the CD to my windows media player library it labeled the title of the track "Kabalevsky from Clown" and the artist "Gallop" when it should be "Gallop from Clown" (or even "Gallop from The Comedians" as that's a more common translation of the name of the suite) by artist "Kabalevsky") Anyway I thought adding that credit, even though strictly speaking it wasn't mentioned in the official materials, would clear up some confusion, as I know that I was confused by the title and origin of this track when I purchased the CD. [edit] Title casing
I have corrected the titles to the proper casing. Dread Lord CyberSkull ✎☠ 11:02, 2005 Jun 23 (UTC)
The cover on the article is the first OST's cover. the correct would be this: http://www.amazon.co.jp/%E3%83%95%E3%83%AA%E3%82%AF%E3%83%AA-%E3%82%B5%E3%83%B3%E3%83%88%E3%83%A9-2-%E3%83%93%E3%83%87%E3%82%AA%E3%83%BB%E3%82%B5%E3%83%B3%E3%83%88%E3%83%A9/dp/B00005LJRB/ref=sr_1_13/503-7427039-8165535?ie=UTF8&s=music&qid=1174359529&sr=8-13 I don't really know how to do the image upload/wikimedia thing, so someone please correct this. [edit] Hidden track
There is another track at the end of the CD, after I Think I Can. It seems to be One Life, by The Pillows, off FLCL Vol. 1, but I am not completely certain and can find no documentation of it anywhere online (else I would have updated the wiki with track info). 10:59, 2005 Dec 28 (UTC)
Yep, you seem to be right. I guess other places (such as online stores and such) won't list that info because it's actually not "official". So I've just updated the article with that additional info. Gusutabo 03:34, 20 March 2007 (UTC)

Are the radio dramas on the American release disc done by the English cast or the Japanese cast? -Litefantastic 00:14, 7 January 2006 (UTC)
[edit] FLCL No. 3
[edit] canon?
I deleted the statement "This third soundtrack is not considered as part of the standard FLCL canon." because it doesn't really make much sense. It's a soundtrack, it's not a story. Certainly it doesn't use the same graphic design or naming schemes as the other two, and it didn't include instrumentals or non-pillows works like the other two, but it's not like those were some major guidelines that the fans set down as denoting some sort of canon that this soundtrack violates. The fact is this is an album that contains music featured in the show, and it is numbered in such a manner that it references the fact that there were two previous soundtracks before it. If there is such a thing as a canon soundtrack, this should count. Cheesechimp 23:21, 6 September 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Everything?
Does this album contain every song by The Pillows from the first two FLCL albums? Either way, I think that this should be very clearly stated, as I am unsure from the current description. 68.41.160.229 (talk) 04:16, 20 January 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:FLCL King Of Pirates.png
Image:FLCL King Of Pirates.png is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
