This article needs a major rewrite/cleanup. The information is not well organized and the grammar is very bad. There are many incomplete and run-on sentences. The paragraphs are disjointed and don't have any internal logical progression. The information may be very valuable and as such it is a good start (I don't mean to criticize the author; I get the feeling the author is not a native English speaker). I've been very busy lately but I will try to rewrite the article, making sure to incorporate the author's valuable contribution.--WilliamThweatt 03:45, 15 February 2006 (UTC)
