[edit] GA approved

The only thing to be changed is that :

  • The population of Antigua and Barbuda is overwhelmingly African, descended mostly from West Africans brought to the Caribbean as slaves. - why overwhelmingly ? it gives a pov on the population.

[edit] GA On hold

This article has been reviewed as part of Wikipedia:WikiProject Good articles/Project quality task force/Sweeps. In reviewing the article against the Good article criteria, I have found there are some issues that need to be addressed. I am giving seven days for improvements to be made.

  • The lead needs to be a summary of the article. See WP:LEAD
  • There are many redlinks. Are these people notable? Do they absolutely need to be linked?
  • This article is undercited, each section needs at least 1 citation

If issues are addressed, the article will remain listed as a Good article. Otherwise, it will be delisted. If improved after it has been delisted, it may be nominated at WP:GAC. Feel free to drop a message on my talk page if you have any questions. Regards, T Rex | talk 23:59, 23 August 2007 (UTC)
