Mustafa Çelik (born February 5, 1989) is a Turkish football player.

A native of the northern Turkish city of Samsun, he has played for Bakırköyspor and has been the defender for Fenerbahçe PAF, the youth team of Fenerbahçe since the start of the 2007 season.
