It is based in 1995. preached ideas of a wahhabism, having created branches in Karachaevo-Circassia and Kabardino-Balkariyas. Members of "Society" have developed the plan of the armed capture of authority in Karachaevo-Circassia and Kabardino-Balkariyas and creations in their territory of the Muslim state. To carry out these plans of the wahhabits were not in time because of the beginning of operations in the Chechen Republic in the end of 1999 then send to carrying out of acts of terrorism.
