The Museum of Islamic Arts is a museum located in the Qatari capital Doha. The museum was designed by the architect I. M. Pei, one of the 20th century's most successful architects.

The museum draws much influence from ancient Sumerian, Babylonian and Assyrian architecture, giving it a unique design. The museum will be the first of its kind in the Gulf, and is expected to have a very large collection of some of the best Islamic art, as well as a study, a library, and several restaurants. The museum will have a total area of 45,000 m² when completed, and is located on the edge of Doha harbour, at the south end of Doha Bay. Construction of the structure was completed in 2006, but due to a variety of changes being made to the interior of the building the museum is now planned to be opened sometime in 2008.
