The MUSAC is the Castile and León Museum of Contemporary Art, which is in the city of León, Spain.
Designed by the architectural team of Mansilla & Tuñón, MUSAC opened its doors in April 2005 and has just received an important recognition - in fact, New York's MOMA has selected MUSAC for its exhibition "On-Site. New Architecture in Spain" (2006) and The New York Times has recommended it as one of the most important recent buildings in Spain (The New York Times, February, 19th 2006).
