Muscle Museum is an EP by Devonian rock band Muse. Released on January 11, 1999 (see 1999 in music) on the Dangerous Records label, it was limited to 999 copies.

The title song, "Muscle Museum", was apparently conceived by frontman Matthew Bellamy on a month-long trip to the Aegean[1], and it entered the NME Indie single charts at #3, behind Mercury Rev and Fatboy Slim[1]. Four of the six tracks were later re-recorded and released on the debut album, Showbiz.
