- March 9, 1927 Opened along with opening of Nambu Railway between Kawasaki Station and Noborito Station.
- April 1, 1944 Along with nationalization of Nambu Railway, this station became one of the Nambu Line.
- March 1, 1976 Discontinued freight service.
- April 1, 1987 Along with privatization and division of Japanese National Railways, East Japan Railway Company started operating this station.
