Musaad Aruchi

Musaad Aruchi is alleged to be a senior member of the al Qaeda leadership. Some of his files, secured when he was captured, in Pakistan, in April 2004, lead to the capture of Muhammad Naeem Noor Khan.
Human Rights Watch lists Aruchi as one of detainees in CIA custody.
