Musa II
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Musa II was mansa of the Mali Empire from 1374 to1387.
Musa II took the throne following the death of his father, Mansa Mari Diata II. Tunisian historian Ibn Khaldun records that Musa II did much to reverse the excesses of his tyrannical father, but despite Musa's administrative ability, his grand vizier Mari Diata wielded an increasing amount of control.
He was succeeded by his brother Maghan II.
