Haji Musa bin Haji Aman (born 30 March 1951), is the 14th and current Chief Minister of the state of Sabah in Malaysia. He took over the post from Chong Kah Kiat on March 27, 2003. His appointment as Chief Minister marks the end of the rotation system used in Sabah whereby the Chief Minister post is rotated every two years among the three main racial groups in Sabah: Christian Bumiputras, Muslim Bumiputras, and the ethnic Chinese. He is also the chief of United Malays National Organization (UMNO) for Sabah.

In March 2007, Musa has been accused by opposition politician Jeffrey Kitingan from Parti Keadilan Rakyat of a number of wrongdoings including corruption and abuse of power. A police report has been lodged by Kitingan for a total of 25 alleged wrongdoings.[1] As of January 2008, no action has been made by the police.

Prominent Malaysian blogger Raja Petra Kamaruddin also posted a detailed account of 81 instances of wrongdoings made by Musa Aman titled 81 Dalil Kenapa Musa Aman Hilang Kelayakan Menjadi Ketua Menteri Sabah (81 reasons why Musa Aman has lost credibility to become Chief Minister of Sabah).[2] As of February 2008, no action has been made by the police, the Anti-Corruption Agency, and even Musa Aman himself.
