As the picture is little more than a digitalization of the billboard, the copyright is most likely owned by the creators of the poster, not the person who took the photo. —Gabbe 09:25, 3 February 2006 (UTC)
I am no expert on Indonesian (or any, really) copyright law, but surely this would be OK on WP for informational purposes?--Rangi 00:38, 4 February 2006 (UTC)
- Since it's copyrighted, it might still qualify as fair use under U.S. law (the only law relevant in this case), as long as there's some rationale for claiming fair use. Anyhow, it is most certainly not licenced as GFDL if the copyright is owned by anyone other than the photographer. —Gabbe 23:13, 4 February 2006 (UTC)
