The image MuseveniStraw.jpg is being linked here; though the picture is originally copyright, I (TreveX^talk 12:42, 6 September 2005 (UTC)) feel it is covered by fair use because:

1. The image is important to the article, illustrating strong bilateral relations between Uganda and the United Kingdom and the international role of Museveni as a statesman.
2. The photograph was taken from the Foreign and Commonwealth Office news photo library and is therefore intended for wide distribution and use by the press.
3. This image does not limit the copyright owners' rights to distribute the original image in any way.
4. The photo is used for non-profit and informational purposes only.
