The image Image:NairobiAgreement1985.jpg is being linked here; though the picture is originally copyright, I (TreveX^talk 20:05, 30 August 2005 (UTC)) feel it is covered by fair use because:

1. This photograph is historically significant, depicting the swearing-in of the President of Uganda, and cannot be reproduced by any other means.
2. The image is important to the article Yoweri Museveni, illustrating a pivotal moment in the career of this politician and accompanying and illustrating a discussion relating to events of January 1986.
3. This image does not limit the copyright owners' rights to distribute the original image in any way.
