[edit] Hello
I can't understand your recent oprations in some articles like List of countries by future GDP per capita estimates (PPP), and List of countries by GDP (nominal) per capita. Note that the most updated figures can be found at the recent IMF database of October 2007. Consequently:
- If you'd like to remove "update" tags - It's ok, but then you'll have to use the most recent IMF database figures - as mentioned above.
- Additionally, you can't indicate the year 2007 (in the right-handed column of the table) as the year after which the 2007 estimates were made, since various countries have various years; e.g. the estimates for 2007-2008 - in the Philippines - were made in 2006, but in Australia - were made in 2004, as you can see here.
Have a wonderful day. Eliko 19:09, 3 November 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Philippines economy
The Philippines article is the not the place to add blow-by-blow coverage as per WP:RECENTISM; you can add it however on Economy of the Philippines. --Howard the Duck 11:37, 15 January 2008 (UTC)
If you have updates, can you at least provide a source? --Howard the Duck 11:11, 26 January 2008 (UTC)
[edit] List of countries by GDP (nominal) per capita
The article indicates IMF report as the source, whereas IMF data for 2008 are quite different than what you have indicated in the article!!! Note that each figure must be well verified and/or must indicate its source. Eliko (talk) 16:16, 29 January 2008 (UTC) REPLY: I am sorry I have not adited the source where I have gotten it. I am not the one who put that it came from international Monitory Fund. I've gotten those datas from the page of " List of countries by GDP per capita and List of countries by GDP both in Nominal and GDP". You can try to look at those pages for you to see the informations that I've gotten. Thank you ^^ have a nice day ^^ Murano333 (talk) 14:12, 13 February 2008 (UTC)
- "There is no such an article: List of countries by GDP per capita and List of countries by GDP both in Nominal and GDP. What exists in Wikipedia are four articles: List of countries by GDP (nominal) - which provides the philippino value: 117,562; List of countries by GDP (PPP) - which provides the philippino value: 509,061; List of countries by GDP (nominal) per capita - which provides the philippino value: 1,590; and finally: List of countries by GDP (PPP) per capita, which supplies the following 4 philippino values: 5,365 (in IMF column), 5,473 (in WB column), 3,300 (in CIA column), and 4,344 (in Penn. column).
