The article currently says that the building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places but was removed. I think it might actually be listed as part of the Massachusetts Avenue Historic District. This article from the National Park Service describes the historic district and shows the Murat Shrine rather prominently. --Elkman (Elkspeak) 02:55, 5 March 2008 (UTC)

I have no idea about its National Register status, which is why I did not tag it as NRHP.--Bedford 03:07, 5 March 2008 (UTC)
