[edit] Controversy
Gunty attracted widespread media attention when he, or one of his representatives, requested that blogger Mark Pincus redact his name from an essay about ethics where Pincus claimed that Gunty engaged in unethical behavior at the Harvard School of Business.[2] [3] Gunty's camp claimed that the blogger violated his right to privacy; the blogger claimed First Amendment free speech protection. The controversy was discussed throughout the blogosphere.[4] [5]
