From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Muravyov-Amursky Peninsula (Russian: Полуостров Муравьёва-Амурского) is a peninsula in the Peter the Great Gulf, which it subdivides into the Amursky Gulf to the west and the Ussuri Gulf to the east. It is approximately 30 km long and 12 km wide.
Named after Count Nikolay Muravyov-Amursky, the peninsula is the site of the city of Vladivostok. The Eastern Bosphorus separates the city and peninsula from the Russky Island.
