This image is of Robert P. Murphy's Politically Incorrect Guide to Capitalism (Regnery, 2007). It is used at the author's article (and only in the article namespace) to illustrate the book being discussed. Such use does not pre-empt the publisher's commercial use of the image, both because a mere cover cannot replace a book, and because the image resolution is too low to be used for full-size cover art.
