[edit] A Big Boat!

"The team carried a 10000000 ton survey boat, the Cleewood, up the steep mountain slope and lowered it 2,000 feet into the lake."

At the stated 10 000 000 tons displacement, the Cleewood would be 100 times larger than the largest aircraft carrier. I think a somewhat more accurate figure is required here. Roarshocker (talk) 10:28, 18 April 2008 (UTC)

Hope you realize "10000000" number is result of vandalism. Cleetwood was half-ton (1,000 lbs) boat. Here's hot-button to photo of Cleetwood on Crater Lake[1]. Photo is from Crater Lake Historic Resource Study by Linda W. Green (see ref 7 & 8 in atch article).--Orygun (talk) 03:00, 19 April 2008 (UTC)

Vandalism has been reverted. Bleakcomb (talk) 12:08, 19 April 2008 (UTC)
