Munkhbayar Dorjsuren (Mongolian: Доржсүрэнгийн Мөнхбаяр, Dorjsürengiin Mönkhbayar; born July 29, 1969 in Ulan Bator) is a sport shooter, originally from Mongolia but now a German citizen.
At the 1992 Summer Olympics she won the bronze medal in the women's 25 m Pistol category. She won the 1998 ISSF World Shooting Championships in 10 m Air Pistol and the 2002 ISSF World Shooting Championships in 25 m Pistol.
